School Days

Jarren from BBTB2 has challenged us to a School Days Challenge: Create a card or project focused on anything for school (awards day, field trips, teacher gifts, class parties, school plays or concerts, etc.). So head over to the blog and share your work with us!

My apple card, which would be sweet for any teacher, is a thank you card for work. The parish youth group held a fundraiser at Applebee's and the teens are going to sign the card, so we can mail it to them. They generously offer their restaurant before hours, serving pancakes and bacon while the teens serve parishioners. The funds that are raise go toward decreased retreat costs -- a great cause!

I used My World cricut cartridge and Spellbinders die cuts for the layered card base.
