Here's a fun mermaid birthday card for this week's Bitten by the Bug2 Birthday challenge. I used a great cut from Design Bundles - The Crafters Delight Bundle Designs, a paid bundle, which includes "Mermaid Tail SVG." I used a pretty "Happy Birthday" from Paper Lace cartridge, one of my favorite birthday font images. I used pink glitter card stock for the tail and the saying -- and a green turquoise for the ocean waves and title background. I love the color combination -- it reminds me of the Caribbean waters, a nice creative escape from the brutal cold that we have been having this winter.
I love the soft beachy colors. We sure do need an escape from the cold, Brrr. Your card is so pretty!

There’s always some imaginations that come to mind when I see a mermaid. That card is great, so sparkly and just enough bling.
