I used Timeless Textures and Balloon Celebration stamps sets from Stampin' Up! These stamp sets are so versatile. Timeless Textures can add so much to any card or layout while the Balloon Celebration has ... of course ... balloons ... and you can customize the sentiments above for tea, champagne and even hot chocolate.
